Privacy Policy
Effective July 21, 2026 · Proxy is a personal, invitation-only service — this policy is short because the service is small.
What we collect
- Contact details of invited participants: name, phone number, and/or email — provided by the operator who invited you, used only to deliver messages.
- Coordination content: the messages exchanged within each relationship, plus approval decisions, stored so both participants can review their shared record.
- Operational logs: technical records of service activity (timestamps, message status), used to run and debug the service.
What we never do
- We do not sell or share any personal information with third parties.
- SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- We send no advertising or marketing of any kind — every message relates to a coordination you or your counterpart initiated.
Who can see your data
Only the two participants in a relationship can see their shared conversation (each participant additionally has private records only they can see), plus the operator, who runs the service. Messages are delivered via Twilio (SMS) and hosted on Fly.io; both act as processors to transmit and store data, nothing more.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept while a relationship is active so its transcript remains available to its participants. Ask the operator at any time to delete your data — participation is personal and revocable, and replying STOP halts all SMS immediately.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, active participants are notified directly.
